A plea to all dog owners for the safety walkers, runners and bikers — please keep your pets contained.
I know you think “Rover” wouldn’t hurt anyone, and maybe you are correct, but there is always that chance.
Saturday morning (July 16) I was attacked and bitten. After a call to animal control, a trip to urgent care, antibiotics, tetanus shot and a good cleaning, I will mend.
People should not have to feel anxious about getting out, enjoying the neighborhood, and getting some exercise. Please be responsible pet owners!
