Tuesday a.m. UPDATE: He is safe with The Pug Ranch Rescue and NM Boston Terrier Rescue on his way to the vet. We will continue to update if more information is made available. Our rescue groups are the best!
UPDATE: Patty Mugan just messaged that RESCUE is CONFIRMED! We will update tomorrow when info becomes available. Thank you all for sharing.
