3/2/23 ~ URGENT: The Valencia County Animal Shelter in Los Lunas NM is COMPLETELY FULL!! Medium and large size dogs are most at risk for euthanasia. Litters of pups aren’t excluded from this and need out asap as well.
There is no euthanasia list at the moment but one will most likely be made by the end of the day or first thing tomorrow prior to opening if we don’t get some out of here in the next few hours.
Anyone on this page that decides to verbally attack staff or volunteers will be removed without warning. We simply don’t have time for it. We are on here asking for help to save the animals so they do not have to be euthanized.
A few of the ones in this post may only be available to a 501c3 rescue for one reason or another. Typically due to health issues or dogs with newborn puppies.
