Dear Community -
As you know, the 5th Annual Torrance County Suicide Awareness and Prevention 5k (Embrace Life Celebration) is scheduled for Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Lake Arthur Park in Estancia.
Unfortunately, in spite of numerous requests for vendors, exhibitors, design entries, volunteers, etc., we have had little response.
We are now trying to determine if it is feasible to host this event.
No matter what, the virtual event will happen, but if we don't get buy-in from the community, we will have no choice but to cancel this event.
Please let us know your thoughts.
Remember - there is NO FEE to have a vendor/exhibitor table, and the table can be whatever size you think you need. You just need to bring your own table(s), chair(s) and canopy.
