Of the 3,833 people living in Bosque Farms in 2020, 51.9 percent (1,990) were women and 48.1 percent (1,843) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 32. In the 65 and over age range, there were 494 females and 492 males.
