Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on March 26.
UPDATE:
The roadway is back open.
S.H. 123 at Elm Creek Road is shut down while emergency crews work a major accident. Please avoid the area if possible. Both northbound and southbound lanes are closed.
