Of the 851 people living in Alamo in 2019, 65.2 percent (555) were women and 34.8 percent (296) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 461-to-116. In the 65 and over age range, there were 12 females and 91 males.
