Of the 1,478 people living in Estancia in 2019, 29.2 percent (431) were women and 70.8 percent (1,047) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 770-to-236. In the 65 and over age range, there were 98 females and 173 males.
