Of the 451 people living in Highland Meadows in 2019, 42.4 percent (191) were women and 57.6 percent (260) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 197-to-151. In the 65 and over age range, there were 20 females and 39 males.
