Of the 1,723 people living in Las Maravillas in 2019, 53.6 percent (924) were women and 46.4 percent (799) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 520-to-408. In the 65 and over age range, there were 144 females and 170 males.
