Of the 939 people living in McIntosh in 2019, 62.8 percent (590) were women and 37.2 percent (349) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 307-to-227. In the 65 and over age range, there were 198 females and 94 males.
