Of the 3,832 people living in Meadow Lake in 2019, 51.8 percent (1,984) were women and 48.2 percent (1,848) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,194-to-1,128. In the 65 and over age range, there were 226 females and 193 males.
