Of the 1,988 people living in Tome in 2019, 56.2 percent (1,118) were women and 43.8 percent (870) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South ABQ News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 549-to-487. In the 65 and over age range, there were 212 females and 173 males.
