**HOW TO GET A TEST**
Valencia County residents can #call the Belen Public Health Office to speak with a nurse.
For the safety of the community, citizens seeking a test should NOT drive to the public health office but should instead call 505-864-7743 x1101.
Leave a clear #message if someone does not immediately answer. Do NOT call multiple times.
**CRITERIA FOR TESTING**
Testing will be provided for anyone who wants to be tested. The nurses will provide you with an #appointment.
**RULES FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT**
When arriving for your appointment, please do the following:
• Arrive at your appointed time only
• Limit two people per vehicle to avoid unnecessary risk for viral spread
• Do NOT exit your vehicle at any time
• Keep your windows rolled up at all times and until instructed otherwise
No insurance is required for screening or testing. There will be no same-day testing. Anyone in your vehicle who is seeking a test MUST have an appointment.
If you can't make your appointment, please formally cancel it by calling the Belen Public Health Office.
