In greater New Mexico, the average price is $2.27 and the lowest price is $1.9. Trends show the price as down.

The average price of unleaded gas in the state is $2.486 per gallon. The previous week, the state average was $2.529 per gallon. The average has decreased since last month, when it was $2.579 per gallon – a 9.3 cent difference.Last year, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.704.
