The third annual Scarecrow Festival on Becker Avenue in Belen on Saturday was enjoyed by all who attended — even a few ghosts and goblins! Mary Ann Black won the Scarecrow contest with her Cousin It scarecrow made of hay. Rayanna Baca and her 1-year-old daughter, Zophia, 1, of Belen, won the younger costume category with their rendition of “Jurassic Park.”
