Good evening friends and community:
It is with great sadness that we inform you that Commissioner LeRoy Candelaria passed away this evening. Torrance County has lost a great man.
We ask that you keep his beautiful wife, Concha, and his family in your thoughts and prayers as they make arrangements and grieve this loss.
Commissioner Candelaria has always been a strong supporter of the Torrance County DWI Prevention Program and he will be greatly missed.
Please keep his wife, Concha, and his kids in prayer as they make arrangements and grieve this loss.
