I’d like to offer my Congratulations to Christopher Sturgess and co-counsel Joshua Alt from the Valencia County Office in State vs. Tyler Saavedra. Mr. Saavedra was found guilty of Aggravated Battery with Great Bodily Harm, Guilty of Leaving the Scene with Great Bodily Harm and Guilty of Battery. Mr. Saavedra will be sentenced in approximately 30 days. I’d also like to thank the Jury for their service and the Belen Police Valencia County Sheriff’s Office and New Mexico State Police for their work!
